The Detox - Day 6

I made my first home made soup! Yey! Tomato soup with carrots, celery and butter beans.  It tasted yummy.  From the way things are going, I think my culinary skills are being stretched and expanded.  
                                                                                                                                                                                                                         So no more stamp, pap (maize meal), dumpling and any heavy starchy dishes for dinner.

You should try the Daniel Fast or you could even call it a diet. Really good. Must read Daniel 2 first and then check out some menu ideas online. I'm pregnant but was able to do it. BTW, hubby even lost a bit of weight during the fast.
