After months on the road with no money and nothing more than the clothes on their back he kept the dream of getting to South Africa alive. You can only imagine the trials and hardships and dangerous situations that this young man and his younger brother had on his journey down south, none the less, he kept moving forward. Many times I can imagine they went without food or shelter. When he was telling his story he relayed that on many occasions he had to piggyback his brother because his small legs would easily get weary of walking. Along the way he might have been tempted to just call it a day and settle in that particular country. However pushed by his desire to reach his objective he continued, irregardless of the pain and torment that his feet may have been subjected to, he kept going.
